Model 5040 is a tray for heavy-duty tasks. It was designed for restaurants that sell extensive sushi sets (family sets, party sets, catering) and need packaging that can withstand heavy loads without the risk of damage during transport.
Why is Model 5040 a safe choice?

Bending strength: With large formats, soft plastic carries the risk of dropping the order. Our hard polystyrene (PS) bottom provides structural rigidity. The courier can safely carry a container loaded with a kilogram of sushi.

Maximum capacity (Open-space): The absence of any partitions and built-in compartments gives 100% of the surface area (270x170 mm) at the chef's disposal. You can easily fit 4-5 full rolls here.

Crystal-clear Premium display: The large surface area of the PET lid acts as a giant showcase for your product. The material does not tarnish from the cold, creating a "wow" effect for the customer immediately upon taking it out of the bag.
Important usage information: Due to the open design, all extras (ginger, wasabi) and liquid soy sauce must be packed in separate, dedicated containers. The materials (PS/PET) are not suitable for high temperatures. Do not use in microwaves and do not pack hot products.
